    Sir

What is the weightage of Task 1 in writing test?

  2. Kashif says:

Please find below my response to Task 1. Please check and advise improvements.

    Respected Sir,

This has reference to our last month course of “ First Aid & Emergency Response” held by our Human Resource Development Centre at your esteemed college.

Please be advised that, I was sent to your college for attending this course where i received the certificate at the end of the course. Unfortunately, I had lost this certificate while going back to home from office. I was travelling in taxi and forgot the certificate at rear seat of the taxi.

This certificate has so much importance for me as the same is pre-requisite for my promotion which is due in next month. Therefore, if I don’t get another one or copy of the same my promotion might get delayed.

In view of the foregoing, I request your goodself to formally request the concerned dept. of your college to issue me duplicate certificate enabling me to submit the same to my Human Resource Dept. for my upcoming promotion as stated as stated above.

I will appreciate your this act of kindness and consideration.

    Your sincerely
    Kashif

Your sincerely is wrong. It should be “Yours faithfully,”

It can easily be analyzed that the crime rate is increasing day by day, although various laws are available and criminals are being punished, but rather than decrease in these activities more and more people are getting involved in this business. Punishment itself seems to be insufficient to control the crime.
Laws are made to be abided, but nowadays law is only for the poor person, the one who is powerful and rich is not coming under this umbrella. Un-justice is found everywhere, the process of bringing the criminal behind the bars is becoming so lengthy and difficult that people are not registering their complaints, know that nothing will happen. Realizing the fact that they will be targeted again more harshly if they will launch a complain.
Keeping the criminal in jail for some period or giving them punishment is not enough to control. The same can be observed in children, if they are stopped for wrong things by force they do it repeatedly, and if they are handled cleverly they keep themselves away from bad things. If punishments are not working on children, than how can we expect that it will be impacting on a mature person.
One should dig out the alternate solutions of controlling, focus must be on understanding the basic reason behind these acts. Psychiatrist help may be taken and proper counseling need to be done, because main purpose is to stop it from happening again. We must concentrate on changing his mind, and making him realize that the action he is performing are impacting on overall society.
In a nutshell, we must make sure and show by action that laws are applicable to each citizen and only punishment alone is not a solution for controlling the crime. Understanding of root cause of the act will help us in reducing this problem.

Some people think that when criminals are punished they will not commit crimes. However some people commit crimes repeatedly.
Firstly, in every country there are some rules or right and obligations to follow. As a citizen or a resident of that country we all need to follow those rights, because these are for our safety, if someone breaks a rule they will get punished by the government through law and order.
Secondly, in crimes there are some crimes which nobody wants to do it but it just happens, in different situations like people don’t have money or doesn’t want to work, they become thieves and force their selves to do crimes.
Thirdly, in western countries there are some strict rules to live good life in countries, because over their you earn what you do, if you work hard you get more money, you get good life, while in eastern countries there are rules but nobody follows, it makes people very aggressive because over their not a single person follow rules which means it force everyone to do crime and do whatever you want to do.
Some people commit crime repeatedly because they don’t have any other option. They just want to do it at any cost and try to stay where they belong too.
In my opinion, there should be a campaign for a person who does crimes they stay in prison; there should be a link between a person and the local government through lawyer, which can help them to give them opportunity to go to normal life and show them good ways of life so they can happily live and enjoy time with their families

When we talks about sports, few things come in our mind, health, happiness, fun and enjoyment. But there are some sports which are not good for our health, the games involving fighting such as boxing and wrestling etc. In games incidents do happen and they cannot be avoided, but in fighting games our each an every action is inviting a danger, either it is for us or for the opponent.

Games are an essential part of life, but in this busy lifestyle we have limited ourselves just on watching them on our tv screens. If we recall our school life, we have same part of time spend on sports activities. This was the basic part of our training, we got at early stages of life. These types of activities keep our mind active and fresh. By realizing the importance of break and keeping employee fit, many organizations have arranged the facility of indoor games where worker may go and relax for some time by playing games.

There are some management techniques which can easily be learned by these sports activities, time management, team work, acceptability and control). We all know that every game has a time limit, you have to play for team, rules are to be followed and in case of loosing the game one have to accept the results. Companies are investing more on their employees to learn these techniques by management courses but this can be achieved by encouraging their employee on healthy sports activities.

We know that seeing believes, if we see good we will do good, if we see bad we will follow bad things. The things which are viewed have higher impact on our life and are easily digested. Accordingly if we play or visualize dangerous sports, where lives are always on threat, than our personality will be grown up with fear and danger.

In my opinion, the sports which have a negative effect on our life and health should to be blacklisted, and taken out at all the level. Because by discouraging these games we can produce a healthy and happier environment.

Sports make people healthy and young. In modern and fast era it really important for every human being. Sports are very useful for physical and mental activity. There are many kind of sports in this Universe and its increasing day by day but some sports is good for human being and some sports is very dangerous for any kind of person who is living in World. Many people play that kind of sports but a lot avoided only because these sports really dangerous. Sometimes it causes of bad accident and sometimes only one mistake can takes life of human. Any Sports is danger but peoples make rule and law to decrease the ratio of their danger. In many number of sports in case of an accident it only can injured sportsman. But in some sports there is no chance of mistakes straightly its causes of death.
Sports should for healthy entertainment not for danger. There many sports should ban for life time. There are many but few are top on the list. Bull Riding, Cheer leading, Base Jumping, High Altitude Climbing , Cave Diving and UFC Wrestling Fight these sports is really dangerous. Only one mistake would be a cause of death. Every Country should ban these sports. Some Country promoting these sports that is not good for Human Being. Sports should like which create healthy environment if you play so, you can maintain your physical and mental condition.

  8. In my opinion criminals are habitual of crimes , they take it as their profession.they will do it again and again until law and order is not changed according to Islam. If punishments are given according to Islam which are very harsh and abject , i think it will be impacting on other persons living around.
if a criminal is charged financially for any confession and someone bails out him/her he becomes free to do it again. he considers there is no hard and fast rules and no suffering while facing court and law. Then this is his right to do crimes again and again.
Our jury appointed in courts do not know about Islamic rules and punishments then how can we expect that criminals will not commit confessions again.
We should not put all the blame on the criminals , we are also the part of these crimes being their supporters.
we can see all the crime derivatives are sitting in national assembly. They change the laws for their own purpose and do what they want.
If the basic necessities are fulfilled of a common person peace and rules can be seen every where. The greatest misfortune of our country is that neither we nor government is on the right path to the progress, Which employs no developments , no employment and eventually a fight comes out and there is no rule and law in the fight.
Our rulers are Muslims by name not by deeds who cannot even recite Qouran.
Criminals are effects and crime derivatives are cause. Crime causes must be clean sweeped through out the country.
It is need of the hour to change whole the system of law and order.

    Questions:
Some sports are dangerous and few people think that these sports should be banned.

    My Answer :
Sports are actually a healthy activity, but now day some sports dangerous for human life. Now days in modern world introduces new sports to the people which were common in the world some sports were very expansive in the past ,but now day people can afford these sport easily for example Car Race, sky diving, mountaineering , Benjie jump etc.

Above mentioned sports and other sports which not mentioned similar sports in which involved risk of life. I think those sports should be banned for the public. Government should take necessary action against those sports utilized some parameters in which the people can do these sports. Some Special training must be there for the such dangerous sports .For example car Racings and bike racing are very common there no parameters on these sports generally people doing on normal roads in the city which very dangerous for them and for the public.

In my view it should be banned from the government side and government should apply some parameter on them by the law and give them separate grounds out of the city to do their activities separately must be some training or issue some license for dangerous sports convert into safe sports or banned them.
